As the Chief Financial Officer of  DianeGrinman Group, Sandra has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of DianeGrinman Group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing all formal finance, H.R., and I.T. related procedures

Sandra is a Graduate of St. Xavier University and holds an Illinois CPA certificate. She has over 27 years of experience in managing the finance department of various corporations. Her expertise encompasses all accounting and finance departments while also working with management and operations on expanding growth and profitability within the company.

Sandra has developed a niche for working for companies that have either been spun off from a parent company or are just starting. She worked for Duff and Phelps Investment Management when they were purchased by a Fortune 100 company and had to be integrated into their accounting and finance package. When Chicago Trust was spun off from Chicago Title and Trust, Sandra was brought into setting up all accounting, finance, and H.R. functions, including all reporting to shareholder meetings and public filings.
