As a managing partner, Melanie’s responsibilities include design coordination, interior design, Furniture Fixed and Equipment, Owner’s operational setup, client retention, and business development.

Building successful teams to deliver quality projects has been Melanie’s success story. As a graduate of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology an MBA from The Stuart School of Business in Chicago. She knows that the success of any project is the communication and collaboration of team members across the board. With experience as an Architect for 2 years before switching to construction management for the last 21 years.

Melanie’s construction experience includes a wide variety of projects; high-end residential, primary and higher education, new high-rise construction, telecommunication, and data centers. Melanie was also an architect for Ameritech, Sutherland Architects, and Meseo Architects, where her architectural experience included program development, design development, site surveys, design lead, job captain role, preparation of design and construction drawings and specifications, permitting process, code research
