James has 37 years of experience in the Development and Construction Industry. As project executive, James is involved with this project from kick-off through final closeout.

James participates in all critical design phase meetings, estimate reviews, value management sessions, owner meetings, and scheduling sessions. James’s responsibilities include oversight and management of all project operations such as preconstruction and construction activities, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor relationships. He is dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction and works closely with the COO to deliver successful projects to our clients.
