David brings to DianeGrinman over 43 years of experience as a construction superintendent. He has continually proven that he can deliver even the most challenging projects to owners on schedule and within budget. David has extensive experience completing complex interior renovations and build-outs in schools, ground-up construction of health care facilities, senior living, and mixed-use residential housing. Through his diverse project experience, he has developed value engineering skills to assist clients in meeting budget goals without compromising design intent. David is a team-oriented leader who works side-by-side with clients to deliver a high-quality project within the established project schedule.
David provides oversight, organization, and coordination of construction activities and ensures that construction is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes enforcing quality management plans, maintaining schedules, sequencing field operations, and cost control.
